Delete Your AshtaBodha Account

You can permanently delete your AshtaBodha account and all associated data at any time. This page explains both ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete it yourself, in the app (fastest)

Open AshtaBodha and sign in
Go to Profile
Tap Delete Account near the bottom
Enter your password to confirm

Your account, birth chart data, and subscription record are deleted immediately — this step doesn't require waiting on us.

Option 2: Can't access the app?

If you've lost access to the app or your device, email us from the address registered to your account and we'll delete it manually:

Email: nivarusdesk@gmail.com

Please include the email address your AshtaBodha account is registered under. We process manual deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your name, email address, and password
Your saved birth details (date, time, place, coordinates)
Your subscription tier and any admin-granted access

This cannot be undone. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered, and you'd need to create a new account and re-enter your birth details to use AshtaBodha again.

We may retain limited records (such as completed purchase records) where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
